This Certified Pet First Aid Course teaches the tools and knowledge of how to deal with an emergency situation and prevent further harm to a pet. Students will also learn to spot early symptoms of ongoing problems or potential underlying issues, establishing prevention techniques that may save costly trips to the vet, but more importantly, maintain a healthy and happy pet!

Online courses are available by request only and must be arranged directly with the instructor.  The cost of online training is $100 + HST and must be paid 48 hours in advance of the course date.

$20 Discount for Pet Professionals (Groomers, Trainers etc.)

$20 Discount for First Responders

Please note that for the safety of the animals, owners are not allowed to bring their own pets to training unless pre-arranged with the instructor.

  • In Class Instruction

    We provide in class, hands on instruction. This is so you, the student, can experience hands on techniques and instruction. You create a bonding experience with your pet while learning the skills to help save a pet’s life. Online teaches you skills, the difference being you don’t get to experience the reality of CPR and rescue breathing as you do in class using the equipment provided. We also prove the materials needed to perform most of the skills required.

    Jay also is a certified Red Cross First aid trainer. Which enables him to bring skills from this into the classroom adding to the experience of a skilled instructor with a passion for helping both pets and humans alike. 

  • First Aid Kits

    Pet friendly first aid kits are available for sale at our salon, and can be used for people, as well!
