We will ensure the following policies are met to guarantee the safety, care, treatment and overall wellbeing of your pet is maintained while in our care.
Your pet MUST be vaccinated against RABIES. Failure to provide proof of rabies will result in refusal of service. The only way around this is a letter from your veterinarian stating why your pet cannot have the vaccine.
Care - your pet is in our care and will be treated like a family member.
Treatment - your pet will receive the best treatment possible i.e. being attentive to medical and special needs.
Wellbeing- pets in our care are like family to us. If your pet becomes stressed during the grooming process, we will STOP, assess the situation and give them a break. This helps relieve tension for both staff and pet.
Please be aware if you have a difficult pet or a pet with special needs, your grooming appointment will take longer. We may not be able to complete the groom for safety reasons, and we will inform you as to why.
You as the owner can help by not placing unrealistic time and style demands.
Pets that are pelted or severely matted will be given a short style for the welfare or the animal. We are humane groomers and will NOT brush out your severely matted or neglected pet for your vanity.
COVID 19 POLICIES
During the pandemic we kindly ask you to keep to our rule of 1 person or two per family members in our shop reception at a time.
Masks must be worn when in our shop as per public health order.
We encourage payment via e-transfer or card.
If you are a NEW CLIENT with a booking and you NO SHOW or NO CANCEL within 24 hrs you will not be permitted to book another appointment!
Existing clients will be charged a NO SHOW/CANCEL FEE for not giving enough time to fill the spot.
